PHIL SPARKS
	Phil Sparks has more than 20 years of experience transforming people’s homes into comfortable living spaces that reflect the personalities and lifestyles of the home owner. He has a gift for assembling the right blend of both historical and contemporary elements to bring interior and exterior design, remodeling, and special event projects to life. He is sought after for the innovative, creative solutions he brings to the design process, and his projects are well known for their “wow” factor. In 2008 he formed The Sparks Group to expand his ability to deliver on people’s dreams. With Phil, change doesn’t have to be complicated. In fact, it can be remarkably simple.
STEVEN FOSNAUGH
	Steven began his professional design journey at the Art Institute of Portland, where he received a Bachelors in Interior Design in 2007. Upon graduating, he focused primarily on high-end hospitality design at the design firm Architropolis. During his tenure at Architropolis, Steven's repertoire of experience grew through creative involvement of the Dream Hotel in Florida. As an independent designer Steven visualized, developed, and executed the design of the Rainbow Room Martini lounge in Portland, OR, which included all structural and aesthetic elements. Steven has a skilled hand and an eye for sleek, sophisticated design specializing in a range of design from mid-century modern to true contemporary. Steven's talents allow him to create and craft spaces that truly fit the needs and desires of his clients. Naturally, The Sparks Group seemed to be the perfect fit and in early 2009, he joined the team.
